Caller ID on ISDN Trunks

Hi Guys

Just need your expert assistance on this matter.

We have got 20 Channel ISDN. Calling from outside displays the Caller ID on the Attendant Phone (4068) but when we call the DID number, terminating on the Digital Extension, it does not display the Caller ID.

We took the t3 trace, and we can see that the carrier is sending the DID number.

Requesting for advise on this please.
