utf8 Directory Name

Hi Guys,
I have written a script, which the Telephone numbers read out form Active Directory and write in a file to import this in the 4760.
I have set the Value "Directory Name" and "uft8 Directory Name"

Example:

Now there are some users an error message:

"Forbidden to have same directory name and UTF8 Directory name"

Why???

In some other user it works!

Can Anybody help me?

I have R10.1.1 Patch 13

Forbidden to avoid double result, and customer not happy
Tune your script to have no UTF8 name if name is the writen the same as non UTF8
You can add also add a . At the end of name of UTF8 name

Reminder UTF8 name is used for callby name and name presentation for device oxe having. Capability to present. UTF8 name
In 4760 leap directory , utf 8 name are not used, it rely on non utf 8 name
Only 4760 config module and accounting display utf 8 name

Use same UTF8 directory names + normal directory names only for names with ß.
For all others fill just the normal directory name fields.
