Call Held when 4135 conference make a call over Public line

|Dear all,

- We have OXE R10 common H/W.
- There are 7 OmniTouch 4135 IP Conference Phones are connected to the system.
- When we make internal call the call is normal however when we are using any public line the call is in one way speech (i.e: I hear the other side but the other side does not hear me and message "call Held" is appear on the screen and the black square point of the line in the screen is blinking (not like normal hold blinking but when the point is off, a black square frame still appears then it on then it off with black frame and so on).
- If I put the line in hold and return it back, the call turned into normal (2 way speech).
- The only codec is allowed to be used is G711 in side the phone management.
- All the 7 conference sets have the same issue.
- We have 2 cs redundancy.

please check and disable G722 in 4135. In OXE I use SIP Extension and it works.

Thank you Maulwurf for your respectable answer,

However I tested it as SIP Extension but it still put the call in hold.

I also upgrade the firmware into the latest version but the same case.

I had the same problem with release 10.1.1-13f and it was solved upgrading to release 10.1.1-20i.

- That patch update from R10.1.1-j2.603-13-f-eg-c82 into release 10.1.1-20i is considered as static or dynamic update? need Tel. stop or not?
- Another question... can I update from 13f into 20i as a dynamic?
