Traffic analysis empty report

Hi all,

On 4760 5.2 synchronized correctly with OXE 10.1, predefined reports are generated successfully with data for accounting, but reports are generated empty (with no data at all) for any type of traffic analysis or any type of threshold exceeded predefined reports, can someone helps me to have data in those reports ?

I have checked the license on OXE (lock 39) and on 4760 (PastTimePerformance) and they are OK:

OXE:

39 Performance = 1000

4760:

Configuration = 650
Alarms = 650
Topology = 0
Accounting = 650
AccountingMonitoring = 1
PastTimePerformance = 650
VoipPerformance = 650
Directory = 650
NmcClients = 1
Subscribers = 650
Security = 0
TicketCollector = 0
Audit = 0
SipManager = 0

Hi,

I could solve it now and for ease reference, here are the steps to get data (not empty) in traffic analysis predefined reports:

1- Check the license on OXE (lock 39) and on 4760 (PastTimePerformance) are not zero.

2- Check the existence pmm files on OXE in the directory /usr4/pmm.

3- Enable (check) PTP process in Directory and Configuration applications - data collection tab.

4- In Help menu, choose about OmniVista 4760, check x>0 in traffic performance granted licenses x/y, where y is PastTimePerformance.

5- Synchronize with your OXE from scheduler application.

Now you can generate all traffic performance reports as you wish ..
