Fax calls diverting to switchboard

Hi,

At my company we have numerous fax machines and when they dont answer a call to recieve a fax that call ends up back at our switchboard and I was wondering how do you disable this in the OmniVista 4760?

You will need to put them in a Public Network Category (Access cat) that does not overflow calls on busy or no answer.

If necessary, go to >Class of service > access category and choose one that is not use by any user. Edit that cat to allow DDI calls and turn off all the overflow options. Then go to the fax user and assign that Public Net Category to the fax user.
