Colaboration services not available during a voice call

Hello,

We are playing with OTBE 1.3. Could you please share your expierence with MIC. When I have a conversation from one OT user's MIC to another there is buitton ">>" (Additional Services). There is a menu after pressing it. But many elements of it are grayed out. How it is in your sites? Can you "Share an application" or "Make a presentation" or "Start Recording"?

Those are only enabled if you started the call via conference with Teamwork services.
