SIP Ext can not autohanpup

Hi
I create Sip softphone in Win7 (X-Lite) , OXE R9.1
SIP Ext call to internal Digital/ Analog Ext, it is OK. Digital Phone hang up the call, SIP Ext can auto releasethe call.
But SIP Ext use T1 to call outside, the third party answer the call and then hanp up the calls. SIP Ext can not auto release the calls
I need to press "Hang UP" button to release the call
Anybody have solution??

Check the mapping between SIP messages and dig accesses:
SIP --> CH to SIP mapping

You must check the message received on T1 line --> is it normal release or smth different?
Check traces on both T1 and SIP. You must check on SIP traces also which is the difference between internal release and T1 release --> which message is sent in SIP after T1 release.
