How to install OXE R9.0 on Virtual Box

Hi to all guys in forum! plz any one in forum to help me about my serious problem. I am trying to install OXE R9.0 in Virtual Box 4.1 since last month, but i am unable to install. plz any one in forum help me, i will be thankfull to all of you. the error snapshot is attached.

Your virtual machine could get the files from the PC where PC installer is installed. The complete linux is inside c:\dhs3mgr\? It seems VM is not doing FTP.
