6850 not show configuration

Hello, i have a problem with some switches 6850. I tried to show the configuration snapshot, this is not show and i try with the commad "show log swlog" not shown me anything. The last printout of the "show log swlog" shown me the next error messages:

Any idea of cause of the problem?

From the error message I'd suspect that there is a "faulty session". I'd suggest that you issue "who" on the switch and "kill" all sessions that are there (obviously those that are not your current).

Do you get that error regardless if you telnet or ssh to the switch?

When I reviewed the error messages, all of those came from very old AOS releases. It might be a good idea to upgrade to the latest AOS 6.4.4.R01 Maintenance Release.

Hi benny, this error shows me when login via ssh, telnet is disable. I get the next error messages too:

--> show log swlog
ERROR: display error (incorrect index = 0)

The switch have the AOS Alcatel-Lucent OS6850-48 6.4.4.463.R01 Service Release, March 02, 2012

i think its swlog error just clear swlog with swlog clear
