Cannot connect to OXE with configuration of 4760

Post by wallacezammit »

Hi,

I have a 4760 with 2 oxe rel 10.1 programmed in it, 1 is crystal hardware and 1 common hardware.

They both have the configuration license. With the crystal hardware I have no problem to connect but with the common hardware I am not connecting.the following error is displayed in the 4760 :

[10:22:49 AM] > Connection : Wait For Connection
[10:22:49 AM] > Connection : Checking Connection
[10:22:52 AM] > Connection : Connection Established
[10:22:52 AM] > Check Version PCX BOV Call Centre
[10:23:08 AM] > Connected to PCX. BOV Call Centre
[10:23:08 AM] > Load the local object model
[10:23:11 AM] > Request 0 sent to BOV Call Centre.
[10:23:11 AM] > Full PCX object model is available.
[10:23:14 AM] > Request 0 completed on BOV Call Centre: 0 instance(s) received.
[10:23:16 AM] > Disconnect from PCX. BOV Call Centre
[10:23:16 AM] > CMISE reject: [PCX] Association Broken

It seems as if there is something wrong in the object model loaded, but I an not sure where this is stored so that I can remove it.
I searched through the folders under 4760 directory and removed release folders from 4760/data/config/ and from 4760/locales/dict , but still problem persisted.

Any ideas?

Thanks and Regards
Wallace

Hi
Object model ( oxe dB) description is retrieve by ftp
After retrieval dictionnary and alarms are updated on 4760/8770.
On connecting, a first Check is dine on the releasr, if new thé object model is updated.
Then you have cmise connexion 4760:8770 to oxe
To succeed in cmise association,

The license on oxe 47xx configuration must be present
Mao should be on (to accepter change)
No panic flag

On oxe, mgr you may have activated secured access level
If yes, 4760/8770 must use valid credential:
Secure cmis
Password for management station
Login allowed ( adminmc to declare in Mgr)
Multitool on oxe, CAN be used to remove the setup of acces level

Finaly firewall on client 4760/8770 must allin cong change notification fromage 4760/8770 server toward client Pc on port 30500 30510 range
