how to limit traffic over sip trunk?

Hi all

I will use sip trunk to make a link between two OXE R10 & R9. We bought 12 sip trunk for each OXE.

My customer use VSAT link between these two site , and he want to decrease and control the voice traffic over this link,

so he want to:
- limit the duration of calls between these OXEs.
- decrease the traffic bandwidth for each call .
- control to use 4 trunks only of 12 available trunk .

how could i do that?
Now, I prepare the needed configuration for this new link, before I go to customer site.

Could any one advise me.

limit the duration of calls between these OXEs>>>SPECIAL SERVICE timed call release in TG and user's cos also manager the timer (i forgot wich one 83 or 86 )
decrease the traffic bandwidth for each call >>> manage compression type (see bandwidth needed according to compression type i think G711 need more than 80kbs for each voice call), may be domain also has to be managed
control to use 4 trunks only of 12 available trunk >>> manage Call Admission Controller.
othe expert can correct me
