For MAC Auth it will always be same Username (=MAC-Address) and Passwort (=MAC-Address).

I think this is specified in the IEEE Standard or some RFC. I never heared that this is changeable (in any switch e.g. cisco, alcatel, extreme)

So you must allow that in your NPS
