Hi,

I have a question for you, is there some way of making reports or accounting the calls of created contacts? How do i create them? For example:

I want the number 200300 be a contact called "Ramiro", how i create him on the Omnivista? Why I want this? for this:

I call to the number 200300 (Ramiro) from the extension 9000 of my OXO R9.1, then i look on my accounting records and see the made calls of extension 9000, AND i want to see there "Ramiro". Is there a way to do this? Pleeease help me, I've ivestigated a lot!! and i don't find the way..

Is necessary to create a Client in Directory Client via Web?

Repeat, I want to make a Report that show me the Name of the Contact too.
