SIP Extension sometime out of service

Dear all,

I heve a issue with SIP SEPLOS in hotel environment, the PABX is OXE R9.1. Sometime all the SIP extension out of service, it can't register to Proxy server.
When i switch-over to standby CPU or reset main CPU, the SIP extension ruturn to normally working. The incident file show below:
05/10/13 20:34:14 000001M|---/--/-/---|=2:2071=Swap partition 69 per cent full.
05/10/13 20:39:15 000001M|---/--/-/---|=2:2071=Swap partition 69 per cent full.

Anybody have the same issue? please help me to solve that! thanks!

Had you taken into account recommended HD sizes when upgrading?
