Connecting ipTouch4018 phone to Cisco CallManagerExpres(CME)

Reference to the subject ,Is it possible to connect ipTouch4018 phone with Cisco CallManagerExpres(CME)?

Yes, I want to use the Phone as SIP. And i have to put these two files(sipconfig-mac.txt and sipconfig.txt) on TFTP server.

But i don't have these files and also dont know how to configure these files according to our scenario(Cisco CME).

Can you please share some example and these files(sipconfig-mac.txt and sipconfig.txt).
