ringing volume decrease automaticaly

Hi all. I am facing a new problem with the attendant telephone. My coustomer complains that the ringing volume decrease (you canÂ´t hear when the phone rings). The oxe is f2.502. The coustomer canÂ´t indentify what happend before this issue: I mean that there is no specific event (for example PSTN incoming call, internal incoming call) that is causing this issue.
Has anyone face this problem before?. Thanks in advance.

Weird. Have you tried to move the phone to another port and another card?
Lenght of cable?
Another set?

Hi. I will try changing the set today, then I will change the port. I suppose it could be software problem, that is why I ask in the forum. To know if someone has face this problem, but it seems to be that the telephone could be.

what is the set type for the attendant?

4049 PAC?
4059 MAC (with PAC interface)?
4035 mini operator?
4046 flatbed console?
