Scheduled job failed

We have run a complete synchronization manually which completes successfully but the scheduled job fails consistently with the following error…

4760SERVER1" -LdapDN "o=nmc" -LdapNmcDN "cn=4760SERVER1,o=nmc" -StartDate 20131102014502 -ReportAlarm ldap' failed ([2] The system cannot find the file specified.)

4760 R5.2 has been freshly installed on Server 2008 R2 (64bit). The OXE is running R10.1.1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
