Health Statistics Not Reporting

I'm really hoping someone can give me some ideas here, this is driving me nuts.

We are running a switch stack comprised of 4 OS6850E-48X switches.

The system is considered a prototype, and we are in the middle of putting it through environmental/performance testing, which requires that we collect certain statistics from webview. Everything seems to be reporting properly except % utilization statistics for Rx or Tx/Rx. All Rx and Tx/Rx are showing 0%, regardless of the amount of traffic being generated. This holds true for Device, Module and Port statistics.

All other statistics appear to be reporting properly, and the switch stack is functioning normally. We have an identical setup in another lab that is not experiencing this issue.

Cycling power and reloading the switch stack doesn't make a difference, nor does transferring primary/secondary roles to other modules. We have reloaded the system software, re-done the configuration file, isolated individual switch modules within the stack and checked all the logs that I can think of. As far as we can tell, the switch stack that is functional and the one that is not have the same basic logging settings. There are some differences in terms of VLAN and 802.1x configurations, but I don't think that should make a difference.

Anyone else had problems with this?
