new AP-85TX is unable to load Flash image and doesn't start

Hi ,
I have OWA-4308 wireless controller switch with 2 outdoor AP-85TX
I have a new OAW-AP85TX and want to connect it. But..
At first time I connect it to Master wireless controller (run DHCP), But unfortunately the AP doesn't startup completely and doesn't come in service.
When I assign a static IP, I can ping to it, but it doesn't come in service !!!
LED status ( Power led: ON , Link led: Flashing-Green)
From the boot process we were able to see that AP is unable to load Flash image.

reset to factory
and give ip settings , it was gatewayip command fault
it was used wrong command gatewyip
