SIP extension calls to SIP trunk drops

Hi,

My problem is that I can not use the Bittel Sip phone to make an external call to an analog trunk and SIP trunk.

I can use an analog, digital and IP phone to make an external call, except for the Bittel Sip phones

Has anyone got a solution to this problem.
