CCS Private Agent Data Password

Hi There

My customer using OXE R.7.1 and there is a strange error
when I login inside the CCS like this (you don't have access or rights to agents private data)
with administrator account ,I found an option inside supervisor rights to check
private agent data but there is a password inside this field which is not the administrator
password , I don't know how can access to this password and what is it because
I don't have this option in another customers CCS ,
Now administrator account does not have access to Agents Report and Logs.

Please help me on this

Maybe you can post a couple of screen shots?
Make sure that the CCS you are trying to use is not installed as CCS Light.

I have the same problem.
I have lost the password to allow to dipslay name of agent in real time windows and to generate Excel statistic.
I have tried with all default password as "leta...., alca...., Alca...., .....)
The operation to modify this password can be done in the menu "Configurations/System"
And clicking in the new opened dialog box, by pressing the button "Password", will lead where the modification should be done

But i don't have the previous password.
Is there any "super super admin" password to be able to correct this problem ?

So far in the real time instead having the mame of the agent, i get "xxxxxxx".

I need to have a way back, to have the name displayed and generate Excel reports.

Try the administrateur account (French one) and default password. Usually this account is left as is and you can login with it...

look in the file F_SUPERV under /usr4/afe and you can find the usernames and passwords

Did it. Found it in the said file, but password was only in capital letters.
Looked ind F_DAA under /usr4/afe and found the same password (with minus and capital letters), worked perfectly.
