OXO and simultaneous ringing over SIP Trunk
Hi,
i have a special question.
I have connected a OXO (OMC 910 14.1b) with SIP TRUNK to LYNC 2013 over an ASTERISK SBC.
OXO --> SIP TRUNK UDP --> ASTERISK --> SIP TRUNK TCP --> LYNC
First it works all exceptet simultaneous ringing with external (outside OXO) numbers.
Working: Call from outside to OXO --> ASTERISK --> LYNC; LYNC simultaneous ringing to DECT/LYNC or 4029/4010 works like a charme.
NOT working: Call from outside to OXO --> ASTERISK --> LYNC; LYNC simultaneous ringing to e.q. cellphone or a number outside from the OXO. So the behavior is like forwarding call.

Not clear where you implement dual ring: on OXO side or on Lynk side? How?
Traces?
Traces?

Re: OXO and simultaneous ringing over SIP Trunk
Hi, the simultaneous ringing is set on Lync Client as E.164 Format.
ip 249 is oxo, ip 12 ist asterisk ip 16 is lyncserver
ip 249 is oxo, ip 12 ist asterisk ip 16 is lyncserver

I don't think "h" has any meaning for OXO...SIP From: <sip:+4355162060032@10.13.0.12 To:<sip:h@10.13.0.249:5060
Also the canonical format is not the same between * and OXO and * and Lync. For one com you are using the + form for the other only canonical international form...

Re: OXO and simultaneous ringing over SIP Trunk
ok this is after the caller stops the call
but please look at line 4369 then you see that OXO sends BYE but the call is allready open and the cellphone rings...
this BYE is the Termination of the OXO->ASTERISK-LYNC call. the call from Lync-ASTERISK-OXO to cellphone (00043664) is opend and is going outside the OXO (at this Point OXO sends BYE to the 12@ call, i think). If lync send dual ring for a OXO Extension it works.

Pff...have no idea...however:hartel wrote: but please look at line 4369 then you see that OXO sends BYE but the call is allready open and the cellphone rings...

In the previous packet asterisk sends 200 OK with Cseq 1017162189 BYE to OXO...
Shouldn't the * SBC cover the interoperability of SIP implementations in Lync and OXO?

Re: OXO and simultaneous ringing over SIP Trunk
Hi, OXO hast no Lync compatibility. the trace is good.
it seems that OXO knows the caller and see that the call ist "forwarded" to an external number, and OXO send BYE. I can call 1 hour with the cellphone and it works. If i use the internel phone for dual ring it works like a charme...
Incomming calls work gread, outgoing work great, conferencing work great just dual ring not.
So the only Feature that not work ist the dual ring with external numbers. May there is a OXO config to prevent the BYE on external Forwards...

Does the OXO user have the right to forward to external numbers?hartel wrote: So the only Feature that not work ist the dual ring with external numbers. May there is a OXO config to prevent the BYE on external Forwards...
(OMC-->users-->user-->Features-->part1 -->external diversion)
