Desktop Agent + External integration

Hi,
I am looking at buying the oxo call center software.
One thing I want to do is make it so that users can call customers via our external application. e.g. open customer in crm then click call this will then tell the agent desktop to dial the number.

Is there a .dll into the agent desktop so it can call numbers like via tapi?
