No node selected

Can someone point me my mistake. I want to restore record in 4760 accounting. In accounting, I selected accounting/restore records/ fill the data. On clicking OK, there is error message ' NO node has been selected' Where do I select the node? I tried in the Directory.

Refer on the "archived nodes" window then just click on the item or listed items before clicking on the OK button.

Thank you Mr Zero, but I have got no solution.
The windows "archive nodes" is empty. There is nothing to select from it. What can I do to display the nodes?
In the manual, it ought to have display some nodes, but my own disploay nothing. That is my problem. Thank you in advance. The 4760 version is 4.2.10.

Hi systemboat,

First, have you noticed archived tickets on the default directory (\\4760_ARC\Accounting\tickets)? If no, you need to browse the location of your archived tickets then you will see item under the "archived nodes" window. By default, the 'Restoring records...' feature is pointed to the default directory and if archived tickets are present or available then it will automatically display the item/s under the "archived node" window.
