CCAgent Popup on call release

hello

I have a customer that needs an URL to be open automatically when the Agent release the call.

I automatically thought on CCAgent on Agent's PC and provide them the SDK kit, but in SDK information / example could not find a "release call" method.

Have any of you any scenario like this (CCAgent or TSAPI based, does not matter to me)?

CCA has a scripting engine to call a url before/after a call. i've never used it, but i know it must be there (somewhere in the script editor). you don't need the mighty SDK.
