Problem on General FWD of a Pilot

Hi,
i have a strange Problem with CCD on a OXE Release 10.1.1 Patch 20

A Agent has a Key to General Forward a Pilot to Voice Mail

Normaly the Agent could FWD the Pilot by pressing the Key and enter the PW 0000
The Pilot Change State to FWD

Sometimes, the Agent could not FWD the Pilot. When he press the Key and enter the PW 0000
he get an Error " Wrong Password"

The Password of the Agent is still 0000 but he could not FWD the Pilot

Now i have to delete the complete Agent. Then the Function is ok, for a couple of Days....

What is this? I have another Customer with the same Release an NO Problems with this Function.
