hello all,
CCA nomadic going automatically to withdraw after a communication. no matter the calltype, after the agent or the caller hangup the agent switch to withdraw...
any suggestions?

Tell us more about your configuration at pilot level: automatic wrap-up, pause, etc.
Do you use also CCO?
Version for CCA and PBX version?
Nomadic function well defined? (virtual extensions, etc.)

Hello sorry for "not answering"...
ther was to much other work last time..
this problem is solved.
the customer has a cca "backup" system there. he connects this "backup" server after the main systems mainboard was broken. then the main system is going online after he repaired the rubbish mainboard.
and finally he did not disconnect the "backup" server completely....
so after a call (of nomadic agent) the backup server takes care of the agents set and turn the this set to withdraw...
in summary... many hours of troubleshooting ... because of a little failure...
