Asl long as you have the license for accounting there should be no problem to run reports for account coded calls

hi,

We were able to get per station report requirement by the client its working fine, our actual extension connected is 25.

We then added 11 account codes, reports for extension are all ok and reports for 11 account codes are all ok.

The account codes created are used by employees without telephone sets.

Now, we add total of 22 account codes we got an error from 4760 application it reads:

OMNIVISTA WILL WORK IN RESTRICTED MODE DUE THE FOLLOWING LICENSES ERROR

ACCOUNTING: TOO MANY STATIONS 47 EXCEEDS 40 LICENSES
TICKET (CALL RECORD) COLLECTOR: TOO MANY STATIONS 47 EXCEEDS 40 LICENSES.

Strange!!! my MAIN Trunk group 9 hangs up, all members of my MTG 9 ports are busy without any active call, but my Secondary TG ports are working, i have to reset the system to solve the problem

I explain him that accounting license is the sum of subscribers and account codes. (base on the error from 4760 above). correct me if im wrong. He is saying that he can add even as high as 100 account codes with only 25 subscriber connected. Can somebody validate this?

Did i miss something in my configuration? is someone encountered this problem?

System OXO R5.1
My license:

list of applications and capacities
[Modules]
Configuration = 0
Alarms = 0
Topology = 0
Accounting = 40
AccountingMonitoring = 0
PastTimePerformance = 0
VoipPerformance = 0
Directory = 0
NmcClients = 1
Subscribers = 40
Security = 0
TicketCollector = 0

thanks in advance

LOL the account code is considered to be a user and you have reached your Omnivista server licence limit. Try to upgrade licence in such a way that nb. of users+ nb of account codes = Omnivista user licence.

Hi All

I also had 4760 going in restricted mode where I only have access to directory and scheduler with AdminNmc login. Does anyone know how to get out of restricted mode? In technical doc nothing is said about that.

Thanks

I think if you repeatedly LOG IN to the 4760, it will eventually give you full access (only for that session. Ultimately, you need to get your license increased :(

This is also a license problem. Check your license and upgrade if needed.
