ACR - Issue with agents searches

I have a ACR C.Center that was working properly. But the customer had a problem with the power supply on her site and after reboot of the Pbx i had several issues with the ACR.

Now is working but the agents searches doesn´t work.

Example:
3 agents. The first call is rerouting to first agent, by the caracteristics list of the Script configuration. Ok. The second call to second agent (Skill OK), and third call to third agent. Perfect

But if i make a call and the 3 agents is busy the call is on hold, if one of them turn free, the call on hold no is rerouting to the free agent. Take a minute (60 seconds more or lest) after recalculating and rerouting to the agent. While the call is waiting doesn´t ear the music on hold, only a tone.

Now, i can´t modify the script, because have a problem with the ASM. When i try to enter on the script i have a error.


in the pbx i can see the 0367 log error. (13 5)

Anybody can help me with this issue?

I guess you would have to recompile it. Fix your ASM first.
