New Phone Impossible - help

Hi Guys,

i have a huge Problem,
normally as i create a new Phonesubstation I plug in the phone wait for the setup steps 1-5 then push a random Button the number of the substation and the Password is "0000"
somehow it changed. I cant type in 4x "0000" to connect the number with the phone.

Does anyone knows any advice ?

Every answers helps
it drives me nuts

Not sure why you post over 4760...Your system is OXE or OXO, 4760 is for management only.
Go to the user set config on the PBX and just reset the password to 0000.
Read basic documentation please
