IP Touch 4068/Bluetooth trouble

Post by sscala »

Hi all,

This is my first post, so I hope I am posting this in the right place. I am having a problem with a Oticon Streamer Pro Hearing Aid pairing with a IP Touch 4068 through bluetooth. The problem I am having is that it will connect and work fine, but after 3-4 hours the hearing device will un-pair from the phone and will not pair up again until I remove the device from the phone and then re add it. I have tried changing the phone with another brand new 4068 and I had the same issue.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks for your help!

I guess the issue is from your headset, not the Iptouch. Is this device under supported devices?
Pre-sales is not section...funny logic yours ;)

Thanks for your reply, cavagnaro! I also think there is a problem with the headset, but I have tried it with other Oticon devices and I still get disconnected. Can it be a problem with all Oticon devices? How do I see supported devices?

ps-I was thinking this had to be posted in General, but it is "locked". How do I get permission to post there?

Will move your post to 4068 section
You will find the supported devices on BPWS or ask to the guy who sold you the phones.
Don't know those devices but maybe they have a battery safe feature
