Calls showing on extension without number

Hi,

I have a 4760 connected to an oxe. All extensions and attendants have cost centre.

All external ddi routings are routed to extensions and to individual attendant 0.

When generating a report for incoming calls by cost centre I get calls to extensions of each cost centre, I get calls to attendant 0 and I also get a good number of calls under a cost centre equal to nothing and extension equal to nothing and name equal to nothing...

do you have any idea what are these calls? is it also calls to the attendant or?

If you know the date/time of such calls - check tickets content in PBX.
Command "accview -tf" - you will have a list of files - type file name (you can select file - by times for first/last ticket). Collect output in log file and analyse.
