Busy Calls

Hi,

I have a system were an extension accepts only 1 call. Therefore if the extension is busy the 2nd call will be rejected and the caller will get the busy tone.

I would like to know if it is possible to get a report of these rejected calls? I tried to check but didn't manage. There is unanswered but unanswered means the call rang on the extension but wasn't answered.

Call from your mobile phone to busy user. After (you know time, calling number) - check with accview command - present this ticket or not. And what the difference (may be waiting time=0)

Hi wallacezammit,

I believe there’s no way to produce such record as a representation in OmniVista4760 reports.
