Hi All,
I am trying to fix this issue for finishing the integration between Alcatel OXE10.0.1 and a Lync Server.
First, this the topology we have:
PSTN-(9E'1s) <----> (9E1's)Mediant1000 (1E1 Euro PRI) <------->(1E1 ISDN ALL Countries) OXE 10.0.1 (Automatinc Operator)
.
. (SIP trunks)
.
LYNC SERVER (extension number 3801)
when the call goes from the PSTN crossing the AudioCodes (Median1000), then the call is answered by the Automatic Operator Menu and the caller dials an Lync Extension Number (3801) the call is not being transfer to the lync user, instead the Oxe Operator(4305 phone model) answers the call.
Do I need to do something else or is it anything I missed.
any help will be appreciated.
thanks in advance

Re: Lync extension can not be called through OXE Automatic O
Check Sip logs and also try putting the Lync behind Audiocodes too

hi Cavagnaro,
I think the topology ruined after submitting the post. Lync server is behind de Audiocodes too linked by SIP TRUNK. the Lync provider said that they don't see anything wrong in it.
any advice.
Thanks in advance,

Re: Lync extension can not be called through OXE Automatic O
Well we can't see nothing too without logs...post them and put all call details, caller, hour, called, etc.
"Doctor, something hurts, fix me..." doesn't work.

Re: Lync extension can not be called through OXE Automatic O
Link extension number (OXE management) - Speed Dial (prefix TG+ number) or Network/Routing prefixes?
