Alcatel Lucent 4019 Digital phone

Hi all,

Not sure is this the correct place for me to post this question. I have a Alcatel Lucent 4019 digital phone and working perfectly fine until last few weeks. The voicemail button keep light on and everytime I want to make a call it will say I have one new voice message and dial #41 to read it, however after I dial to #41, it will say I have no new voice message. I am able to delete unattended call but there is no delete option for the voice message. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried to unplug the phone but not able to solve it.

Try to reset your voicemail (on the PBX) maybe, by deleting it and re-creating it ?
