how to configure OS-6450 to use cisco Phones?

Hi everybody!
i got a new project and it's the first time i work with Alcatel switches.
i have a few thing's for finish the designd of the network, one of them is the VOIP.
my data vlan in the network it's vlan 100
my telephony vlan in the network it's vlan 200.
i have to connect several cisco phone's in the switche's in the network.
i read about "Mobile-tag" and "Port mobile" and i dont understand the meaning of this.
i saw some configuration on switches and port's to use voip and i cand find common denominator for the configuration.

i need your's help to designd the command's in the "switch level" and designd the command's for the port's.

do you simply need to add two vlans to a port?

vlan 100 enable name data
vlan 100 802.1q 1/26 "tagged port"
vlan 100 port default 1/6

tagged on 26, access on 6.

vlan 200 enable name voip
vlan 200 802.1q 1/26 "tagged port"
vlan 200 802.1q 1/6 "tagged port"
