IP1020 disable IP calling

Hi, my VOIP provider says to disable IP calling - can someone tell me where the setting is? I cant find it.

"Most IP phones will have a setting to only allow SIP calls from the SIP
service provided entered. Often this setting is called "disable IP calling" "

hi,this site deals with mostly PABX and Data products. the IP1020 is a stand alone phone so I don't think anyone here will be able to assist.
