Problem with create Queues in CCD.

Problem with create Queues in CCD.
Software f5.401.15a
It is established 200 queues.
At the to construct from that one 201 queue comes a error.
" Queue No. excd."
How can one increase the limit on 300 ?

only 200 queues are possible
