Message of missing call in an answered call

Hi everyone,

In an OXE R11.0.1-k1.520.32b in a OTBE-V environment, when the attendant (8068) transfer an external call to the users this user answer de call and after de user hung up the phone inmediatly the led of message is blinking and shows that call like a missing call. This happen all time and with all users, this not happen when the call is transfered by de Automated Attendant

Any suggestions to solve this?
