HI,
I've an OXE R11 with CCD and wallboard.
CCD will disapear in a few month. It will replace by the Alcatel-Lucent Call Routing Manager Solution (TSAPI). The DDI will be routed on RSI Points.
My question is : Can we display some RSI informations on the wallboards?

He will replace by OTCS Altitude.
You have to ask ALU directly, that product is too gray for everyone now including same ALU PS.

Wait, CCM is not at all a direct CCD replacement, not even close. It is just a call routing solution for business needs not close to Call Center but to control centers for example. Something CCD sometimes is too strict to apply on those scenarios. Check Pros and Cons for it and if actually fits your needs.
