Voicemail attachment on outlook via pimphony

Hi guys

I'm new to this forum. Hope somebody helps me out....I've done a Pimphony installation (PIMphony_6.2) for an OXO running on Rel 6.1. Somehow, I'm not able to receive voicemails as attachement via email for an extension on MS Outlook, although i can make calls from the outlook contacts through pimphony application.

Please advice.

Have you configured central services on the PBX with the IP of the exchange server? Also you need to configure cent services/email notification for each user you want to have this feature there is a tech doc with step by step on this on the BPWS.

Tanx for that....Yup, i've configured central services for the PBX (shows success) and for each user as well.....as per documentation.....
My configuration is as shown:

Central services server: mailv.emirates.net.ae (cos they're connected directly to service provider exchange....don't know bout the ip address)

User email: user@tssdxb.ae

Is this setting gona work at all?

2008? WOW... I already have an issue like this, but I need to send the lost calls and voice messages to a gmail account. Please, can you help me? I saw the central services tab and I write my email, but I didn´t see where to put the smtp. How the OXO sends the email?

You will find it in OMC. Go down to Central Service Global Info.

Hellos and Thanks... But something is not working. We dont have an exchange server, we use a pop and smtp from an ISP. ¿how the OXO sends the email?

Go to Central Service Global Info and press F1.
Help shows that SMTP works since Relese 8.2. At my side it works too
