4068 EE IP Touch Sip mode

Hello,
I've configure my 4068EE IP touch to work as a stand alone sip by doing the following

1- I create Sipconfig.txt file and copy it to a TFTP server
2- I point my Phone to that TFTP to get the config file

Telephone start up and connect to my Sip server perfectly and i had a dial tone
the problem is that i can find only Language and ringing option in my phone setting
I need to connect this phone to Bluetooth handset but there is no Bluetooth setting in my phone
I think i need the binary file for this phone in order to get the full function my local provider told me that he can not supply me with these files

Please help urgently
