Ip touch 4018 language unobtainable

I can't change language in ip touch 4018. When trying, it tells me that unobtainable. Plz help me to fix. Thanx in advance.

First set to do this or you have others working fine?

All the sets do the same

And also the intercom button is not working in all the sets

And have you configured OXE for that second language?

You have problem when try to change language from user set? What about mgr/OmniVista - can you change language number in user parameters?

I've just set up omni vista, but i am a beginner in alcatel so i don't know how to import data from omni pcx and how to change this data. I have searched alot for any documentation on Internet but with i didn't found any thing. Plz if u can help,i will be grateful for you MR vad.. Thanks in advance.
