lucent IP Touch 4018 Password problem

hello every one,

recently one of the user had set a password on a phone and now she forgot abt it and she is not able make a calls anywhere .

plz any one can help, as i am a new IT support here but i had nevered deal with IP phones.

anyway to hard reset the phone or some commands

First, you have OXE or OXO?
If OXE go to mgr/users/ and change password there

If OXO, go to OMC and suscribers you change the password there
