New created Pilot does not work properly

Post by Michi »

Hello guys,

i´ve got one problem with a new created pilot:
System is an OXE, k1.520.32.b (CS-2) Common HW. One ISDN T2 Link to public network. Local Hybrid Link for internal CCD.
CCD is configured with ACR Routing via Statistic Pilots (ISM Script).
We´re using CCS 10.1.90.5.
No problem with the current configuration. Everything works fine.
But now we have to create a new pilot/statistic pilot and a separate waiting room. No Problem. Components are configured and displayed in CCS Navigator.
But we have the problem that only the new created pilot does not work. We´ve compared the config in account to the other pilots...no difference except the different skill etc...
In the CCS Navigator, this new Pilot is indicating the green and grey color...always changing between these two colors (green and grey)

Maybe there´s someone who can tell me what this "blinking" indication between green and grey in CCS means.

Best regards

Michael

Hi Murray,

thanks a lot for your support. This is what i´ve forgotten. That´s great, calls are routed correctly now. The pilot is still "blinking" as described above, but the call routing works fine. :)
Thank you very much

Best regards
