A4635 Trouble with init after SO Instalation

Hi all.

I have a trouble with a re-installation of a a4635-J with VPU6.

I´ve passed the SO installation and i can see the message:

The Installation is correctly made.


Do You want to exit [Y/n] Y

After that, the system going to start, but always is stopped in the same check.

If i press B, the system begining to restart again.....
If i press ^DB, the system made the same like if i press B.



Selection-> if i press B or ^DB, always said the same....

I can not pass of this part of the begining. I need pass that for the ENTER BOOT COMMAND, and this i will select the A option.

Do you have any idea please????

A4635 System Selection is : V for VPU-5 & 6

But it seems you have installed "a4635-J for VPU6".

Through your log it's trying to load 4635J which has been selected and installed.

PIPL Version : 0226
Board Type : VPU5
Storage Type : IDE
System Type : A4635V (This is the type mentioned and to be chosen for VPU5)


Reinstall and choose the system type V and try.

Thanks so much for you help. I thought that this type of vpu should be equal like other installation with type J.

With the V select, the system working.
