Latest version of CCS

Post by wizzy »

I have CCS 06.02.90.00 and it seems that has problems running on windows 2003 server.

I don't know if anyone of you has the same problem too.

I am using a wallboard application which gets stats from the ccs through RTI. The ccs is terminated many times during the day. Is there any latest version than the one above ?

Hi Wizzy
In a latest OmniTouch SW compatibility table (ed.16 from April 2006) for CCS 6.1 and CCS 7.0 Windows 2003 server is not mentioned at all.
They list compatible OSes
- W2k Pro
- XP SP1
- XP SP2
That's all. You should not use 2003 server

There is a new CCS version available CCS7.0.90.0. Check with this version. It is available at Alcatel BPWS.

Is CCS7.0.90.0 supported by R7.1 because I am managing some configuration and communication problems ???

How can I obtain the latest version ????

Just to remind you that I don't have access to BPWS

Wizzy,

I am emailing you the Omnitouch versions compatibility document (PDF) directly.

There is no pastebin anymore so I can't post document on here anymore. I think Frank had to close it because some children were playing silly games with us.

I will also send it to Tincho so that maybe he can add it to his document forum if he wants to.

Well ask your PBX provider to sell you the new version....or maybe you are under the SMS period so you can get it free i believe.
