Hi,
How to differentiate between TOR and Rushmoore

Tor - 6900
Rushmore - 10k
and what are the different numbers and name for Fiji, shasta etc.,

I think TOR stands for Top oo the Rack, Rushmoore was the "codename" for the 10k.
I believe Shasta, Fiji is similar: a codename/development name of the plattform and/or chipset.
