How to make remote config load fail, while the box comes from bootup

- after deleting the vcboot.cfg and vcsetup.cfg, [make the switch to boot without these files], then RCL discovery will fail

All informations for Automatic Remote Configuration you find in Switch Management Guide. I have tested it successfully with R6-switches. there should be no vcsetup vcboot and boot.cfg.
