Here is the guide on how to reformat and reload the GD/GA with PC Installer

(it works if you want to use a CPU3m as GD, too, but onlywith realeses geater than:
R5.1.2 E2.504.1.al
R6.0.1 F1.603.1.ah
R6.1.1 F2.502.22.c
R6.2 F3.301.27
R7.0 F4.401.23.a
R7.1 F5.401.11.e
